6 Weeks Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
5 c. plain flour (unsifted)
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Mazola oil
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix the dry ingredients; mix wet ingredients.
Add to mixed dry batter.
Mix well.
Store in airtight container.
Cook in muffin tins 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Mix will keep easily in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
