Oven Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat, cut up
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
5 carrots, cut up
1 (12 oz.) can tomatoes
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Coat meat with flour, salt and pepper; toss with oil in a 3-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Stir once.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
Serves 6 to 8.
