Gourmet Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
    1 small can onion rings
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork chops.
    Melt a bit of fat in a frying pan. Coat chops in flour; salt and pepper.
    Brown pork chops and place in a baking dish.
    Combine soup, water, ginger and rosemary.
    Pour over chops and sprinkle with 1/2 can of onion rings.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Sprinkle with remaining onion rings.
    Bake 10 minutes more.
    Place chops on platter.
    Stir sour cream into pan juices.
    Serve over rice.
