Chopped Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

5 oz. chopped or dried beef
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 c. cooked macaroni
Preparation

Cook onion and green pepper in oleo until tender. Stir in flour and gradually add milk. Cook until thickened. Add thyme and cheese. Mix sauce with chopped beef and macaroni.
Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
