Scalloped Corn And Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt (omit if crackers are salted)
1/8 tsp. pepper
16 saltine crackers, crushed
1 (8 oz.) can whole oysters, drained
butter or margarine
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Combine corn, beaten egg, milk, salt and pepper; add crushed crackers and mix.
Fold in oysters.
Place in a baking dish; dot with butter or margarine.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
(Does not have a strong oyster taste.)
