Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 large onion, chopped
1 (1.5 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook ground chuck and onion in a large skillet until browned; drain.
Add sauce mix, tomato sauce and water, mixing well. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Spoon meat into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella.
Beat eggs, milk and oil until foamy.
Add flour and salt; beat until smooth.
Pour batter over meat mixture, spreading evenly.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until top is puffed and golden brown.
Serve hot.
Yields 8 servings.
