Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 small pkg. marshmallows
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Turn into a buttered casserole.
    Dot with butter and cook at 400\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
    Cover with marshmallows and brown.
