Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes Jell-O American tapioca
1 small box orange jello
3 c. boiling water
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 small cans mandarin oranges
Preparation

Mix tapioca and orange jello in saucepan with 3 cups boiling water.
Stir well until mixed.
Return mixture to heat and cook until mixture thickens, stirring frequently.
Cool in refrigerator.
Blend in Cool Whip and mandarin oranges and mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish and refrigerate until thoroughly cooled.
