Nanaimo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    1 cube butter or margarine
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Crush graham crackers in a plastic bag with a rolling pin.
    Mix together 1 cube butter or margarine, 3/4 cups granulated sugar, 3 eggs, 3 teaspoons vanilla and 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa.
    Set over boiling water and stir until slightly thickened.
    Add 1 cup of chopped nuts and 3 cups flaked coconut and graham cracker crumbs. Put into a 12 x 15-inch baking pan and press down evenly and solidly.
