Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pulp persimmon
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix and bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0 in greased, oblong pan.
