Tofu Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. firm tofu, mashed
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 onion, minced
2 Tbsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. dry parsley
Preparation

Mix together well.
Shape into patties.
Fry in a small amount of oil (divide for small family).
