Steamed Carrots With Parsley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water
5 medium carrots, sliced diagonally (about 2 c.)
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 tsp. sugar (optional)
pinch of salt
Preparation

Bring all ingredients to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes or until carrots are tender when pricked with a fork.
Drain and serve.
