Kirk'S Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 lb. ground meat or deer meat
    2 (18 oz.) bottles barbecue sauce
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 can beer
    1 egg
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Put barbecue sauce in large pot.
    Add brown sugar and about 3/4 can of beer to sauce and cook on low heat.
    Put ground meat in a bowl.
    Then add egg and bread crumbs and mix.
    Break stems of mushrooms and stuff meat inside each one, then put them in barbecue sauce and cook about 2 1/2 hours or in crock-pot overnight on low.
