Frozen Strawberry Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. strawberry gelatin
    6 c. boiling water
    1 (12 oz.) can unsweetened orange juice, thawed
    1 (12 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice, thawed
    juice from 2 lemons
    5 bananas, liquified
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, liquified (optional)
    3 c. sugar
    4 (1 liter) bottles ginger ale
Preparation
    Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water.
    Add all the remaining ingredients except for the ginger ale.
    Pour into 2 one-gallon interlock plastic bags and freeze until needed.
    One and one-half hours before needed, thaw slightly.
    Work the mixture with your hands into a fine ice.
    Pour into a punch bowl and add the ginger ale.
    Stir.
