Chicken With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves, skin off
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chicken stock
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    1/2 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Spray pan with Pam.
    Season chicken breast with salt, ginger and pepper; place in pan (9 x 11-inch) and set aside.
    Combine the chicken stock, orange juice, honey and lemon juice and bring to boil, thicken slightly with 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
    Spoon sauce over and under chicken.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender, turning once (45 to 55 minutes).
    Serve over rice pilaf. (Can freeze, defrost overnight in refrigerator and reheat, covered, at 325\u00b0.)
