No Peek Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut into cubes
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 c. ginger ale
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in 2-quart baking dish and cook, covered, for 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Serve over rice or noodles; this can also be cooked in crock-pot.
