Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
2 1/2 c. flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. orange rind
1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add yolks, juice and rind.
Beat well.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add alternately with water.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in either 9 x 13-inch pan or two 9-inch layer pans for 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
