Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and then add cornbread mix last. Bake in a 7x
    11-inch greased pan or in muffin pans.
    Best when hot.
    Serves 18.
