Lemon Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Chablis
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Heat oil in a heavy skillet until hot; add chicken and cook 5 minutes in each side.
Place chicken in an 8-inch square baking dish; discard drippings.
Add parsley flakes and next 3 ingredients to skillet.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and paprika.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until tender.
Yield:
4 servings.
