Baked Apricot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (29 oz.) cans pitted apricot halves, drained
1 lb. dark brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) box Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 lb. butter
Preparation

Grease baking dish with butter.
Place a layer of apricots in dish.
Sprinkle with half of the brown sugar and half of the crackers.
Dot with half of butter.
Place another layer of apricots and rest of crackers, then brown sugar.
Top with remaining butter.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bubbly hot. Serves 10 to 12.
