Sweet Mandarin Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. mandarin peel in syrup
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. mandarin juice
1 cube sweet butter

Preparation

Drain peel and chop.
Mix peel, juice, sugar and butter. Cover and refrigerate.
