Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg yolk
2/3 c. milk
1 can Wilderness fruit filling
butter
Preparation

Mix flour, shortening, sugar and salt.
Blend in egg yolk and milk.
Roll out half of dough to fit medium size (low cut) pan. Spread with Wilderness fruit filling and dot with butter.
Cover with top crust and brush with egg white.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Glaze with powdered sugar icing.
