Mom'S Rhubarb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. rhubarb, drained if frozen
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix oleo, sugar, eggs, buttermilk, soda, vanilla and salt.
    Add flour and rhubarb mix.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Mix brown sugar and nuts; sprinkle over top.
    Bake 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
