Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1 rib celery, chopped
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 envelopes chicken noodle soup mix
1/2 c. rice
4 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Scramble sausage in heavy skillet just until lightly brown. Drain on paper towel.
Pour off part of the grease and saute onions, celery and pepper until clear.
Boil rice with water and soup mix for 7 minutes.
Combine with sausage and vegetables.
Put in casserole.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Slivered almonds may be sprinkled on top.
This is a delicious supper dish with green salad and French bread.
