Sausage Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 c. hash browns potatoes
1 1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. smoked sausage
Preparation

Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Press potatoes in bottom of dish, put vegetables on top and then cut up sausage pieces.
Mix soup and milk together and pour over mixture.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
Serve with biscuits.
