Layered Cabbage Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, cut up
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, cut up
    salt and pepper
    garlic
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut up cabbage and put in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan; set aside. Brown ground chuck, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to taste; then pour over cabbage.
    Sprinkle rice over meat mixture.
    Combine in pan and bring to boil tomato sauce, soup and water; then pour over rice.
    Cover with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cover with tinfoil if cheese gets too brown.
