Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 c. beets
Preparation
    Melt margarine, add cornstarch, sugar and salt; then add vinegar and beets and heat until thickened.
