Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. margarine, melted
2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Prepare
pie
shell
and
refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In
medium bowl with mixer, beat eggs well.
Add sugar, corn syrup, flour, salt and vanilla; beat until well combined. Stir in butter and
pecans;
mix
well.
Turn
into pie shell. Bake 60 minutes or until filling is set in center when shaken.
