Clam-Avocado Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 avocados, diced
    1 (7 or 8 oz.) can minced clams with juice
    1 c. cool chicken stock or broth
    1 c. cream
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/8 tsp. cayenne or to taste
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in order and chill.
    Serve in chilled soup dishes.
    Size of avocado controls consistency.
    Add more stock if needed for desired consistency.
    Serves 4 to 6.
