Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash browns
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 stick melted butter
    2 c. grated cheese
    chopped onion (chop in food processor)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper
    corn flakes or crackers
Preparation
    Thaw and spread out hash browns into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, sprayed with cooking spray.
    Mix remaining ingredients, except for corn flakes or crackers.
    Pour mixture over hash browns; top with crumbled corn flakes or crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
