Easy Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole fryer
1 can cream of chicken soup plus 1/2 can water
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 stick margarine, melted
2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Boil and debone chicken.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Mix soup and water and pour over chicken.
Mix together flour, buttermilk and melted margarine.
Pour this batter over chicken mixture.
Add chicken broth over batter.
Do not stir. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour (crust rises to top and is golden brown).
