Lemon Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg yolks, flour, milk and lemon. Fold in egg whites (beaten).
    Put in well-greased and floured custard cups.
    Bake in 1/2 inch water for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
