Ham And Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground ham (3 1/2 c.)
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 lb. can sauerkraut
1 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 c. quick oats
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sweet applesauce
Preparation

Mix ham, oats, onions, eggs and milk and shape in 1 1/2-inch balls.
Place sauerkraut, applesauce and caraway seed in bottom of casserole dish or 8-inch square pan.
Place ham rolls on top of kraut mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
