Acini De Pepe Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. pineapple juice
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 pkg. (2 c.) acini de pepe
    3 qt. water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. salt
    3 cans mandarin oranges
    2 large cans chunk pineapple
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 large whipped topping
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix together the first 6 ingredients, cook and make custard. Cool.
    Cook the acini de pepe in the water, oil and salt.
    Drain and cool.
    Mix with custard and refrigerate overnight.
    Add the remaining ingredients to custard mixture.
    Fruit is optional.
    Can substitute other fruits. Freezes well.
