Aunt Phyllis' Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In large bowl, mix oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time and beat after each.
Gradually add sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
Add carrots, coconut and nuts and mix.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
