Spinach Torta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    4 slices bread
    1 c. milk
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    6 eggs
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 to 4 cloves garlic
    1 to 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 medium yellow onion
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain.
    In a large bowl place spinach, bread (torn into pieces, crust too!), milk and cheese.
    Mix together. Place the remaining ingredients in a blender and mix well.
    Pour blended portion over mixture in bowl.
    Mix evenly.
    Pour into greased 8 x 10-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Cut into squares.
