Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vinegar (2 qt.)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (4 Tbsp.)
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce (4 Tbsp.)
    2 Tbsp. paprika (8 Tbsp.)
    2 Tbsp. black pepper (8 Tbsp.)
    3 Tbsp. salt (12 Tbsp.)
    1 bottle catsup (3 large bottles)
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard (3 tsp.)
    1/2 tsp. cayenne (2 tsp.)
    1/2 c. water (2 c.)
    1/4 c. lemon juice (1 c.)
Preparation
    Simmer all ingredients for 45 minutes.
    For a milder sauce, omit the cayenne pepper.
