World Famous Shish Kabob Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic (optional)
Preparation

Put beef cubes in marinade and refrigerate overnight. Leftover marinade can be frozen or stored in refrigerator for one week.
Tastes great when used with chicken kabobs, too!
