Lemon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. milk
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together.
    Add egg yolks, milk, juice and grated rind.
    Beat with eggbeater.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in greased baking dish set in a pan of hot water for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
