Swedish Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs or 4 egg whites
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs, then add pineapple, sugar, vanilla and nuts. Combine baking soda, salt and flour into egg mixture.
    Pour batter into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    A cream cheese frosting can be used or cake can be eaten plain.
    This cake is very moist.
