Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. oregano, crushed
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    12 to 14 cooked Easy Crepes (recipe under Breads, Rolls & Pastries)
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute zucchini, peas, celery and onion in butter for 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Cover pan part of the cooking time.
    Stir in salt, oregano and garlic salt.
