Sausage And Egg Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 1/4 c. milk
    6 slices bread, torn in bites
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. sausage, browned and crumbled
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in a covered bowl and refrigerate overnight.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Excellent for brunch. Serves 6 to 8.
