Boneless Barbecue Pork Loin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 lb. boneless pork loin roast
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 slices lemon
2 slices onion
1 c. catsup
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Cook roast on grill on medium-slow to slow for 2 hours with a pan of water beside roast.
Internal temperature of roast should be 170\u00b0 when done, or bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Baste frequently with sauce.
Serve with sauce when roast is done.
