Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flake coconut
1 c. nut meats
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat first 2 ingredients on low heat until mixture bubbles or microwave 2 minutes, stir and microwave 1 minute more.
Cool.
Add eggs one at a time, while beating with electric mixer.
Fold in flour, salt and baking powder and mix well.
Add coconut, nut meats and vanilla.
Place in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cut while warm.
