Caesar Salad And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
    1 whole can flat anchovies
    2 whole eggs
    2 splashes Worcestershire sauce
    3 large cloves garlic
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    fresh pepper
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 heads romaine lettuce
    2 c. good quality croutons
Preparation
    Place all ingredients (except Parmesan, lettuce and croutons) in a blender.
    Blend until creamy.
    Pour over lettuce which you've broken into small pieces.
    Toss with Parmesan cheese.
    Toss with croutons.
    Top with additional fresh ground pepper (to taste). Serves 4 to 6.
