Pineapple Marshmallow Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple
    3 medium sized oranges
    24 marshmallows (large)
    1 c. nuts (pecans)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain juice from pineapple and place in double boiler.
    Beat sugar, flour and eggs together, then add to hot pineapple juice and continue cooking until thick.
    While this cools, cut pineapple, oranges and marshmallows into small pieces.
    Whip the 1/2 cup cream and fold into the pudding mixture.
    Pour this over the fruit and marshmallows; add nuts.
    Stir all together and let stand before serving.
