Chicken Tahitian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks or crushed, drained (reserve 3/4 c. liquid)
    2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    3 to 4 whole chicken breasts or thighs
Preparation
    In a saucepan, melt the oleo; stir in the soup mix and cornstarch.
    Add pineapple and lemon or lime juice.
    Arrange chicken and pineapple in a pan.
    Pour onion mix over and bake until tender in 350\u00b0 oven.
