Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 lb. ground beef
    8 oz. Velveeta or Cheddar cheese, shredded
    16 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Saute the onion and green pepper in skillet until tender.
    Add tomato sauce, Tabasco sauce and chili powder.
    Simmer 30 minutes. Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until ground beef is crumbly.
    Drain.
    Place 2 to 4 tablespoons of meat and equal amount of shredded cheese in center of each tortilla.
    Roll up to enclose filling, securing with wooden picks.
    Pour 1/2 cup of tomato sauce mixture in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Arrange tortillas in dish; cover with remaining sauce . Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or microwave on Medium for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Top with additional cheese.
