Olive-Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. soft butter or margarine
2/3 c. well drained, chopped ripe olives
1 Tbsp. minced chives
1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend cheeses and butter.
Stir in olives and chives.
Chill for easier handling.
Form into ball on serving plate.
Chill thoroughly.
Just before serving, sprinkle nuts over ball.
Trim with parsley, if desired.
Serve with crackers.
