Peanut Butter Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. peanut butter

Preparation

Bring sugar and water to a boil.
Stir in peanut butter and cook, stirring, until glossy.
Very good for icing for plain cake layers or cupcakes.
